On November 8th 2017, I gave my PowerPoint presentation to a lovely group of women who belong to an international women’s organization, the P.E.O. Sisterhood, that focuses on providing educational opportunities for female students worldwide.
As has happened at some other presentations, I saw people whom I haven’t seen in years while others came up and introduced themselves explaining how we had friends in common. It’s really fun when that happens.
Over lunch, I learned about some tearooms that I haven’t tried yet — something to look forward to!
Good news, bad news: I sold all the copies of Lost Tea Rooms of Downtown Cincinnati that I’d taken with me; I could have sold more if I’d had them! Luckily I could tell people that the books are available at local bookstores and on Amazon.
