Rhubarb season has started, and while it’s available, you don’t want to miss the opportunity to make – and of course eat — this delicious pie. When I made it, the pie disappeared within two days and there were only two of us eating it! Such a tasty combination.

I also made this pie after I was told that it was so good. It was the truth! I have never had rhubarb before, and because of this recipe I will definitely have it again. (Probably only in this form though!)
