On the evening of November 15th, I took a ride out to Green Township to speak at the Nathanael Greene Lodge with a group of people who belong to the Pioneer Antique & Hobby Association. As someone who’s not familiar with that side of town, I felt like I was on my own pioneer adventure going west!
The presentation was well received and I found out afterwards that a number of people had already heard me speak at other venues – they’d been willing to sit through it twice! Actually one lady who had been at my very first talk made the comment that she liked the additional photos and information I’d added to my PowerPoint presentation since then.
I’ll be speaking again at this venue in the spring for the Green Township Historical Association.
